What is My Niche?

I feel fortunate that my subscribers provide me with feedback
that is very complimentary.

I think most subscribers appreciate my short and concise
broadcasts in a world where we are bombarded by numerous and
often long-winded e-mails. I hope my broadcasts stand out. I
want to remind you all that I always welcome suggestions and
dialogue.

Last week I received a question about my niche. In particular, I
was asked what particular area am I addressing? Am I discussing
health, wealth, or happiness? Do I give exercise instruction,
nutrition guidance, wealth tips, or advice about relationships?
Obviously, I have discussed all those topics, so the reader
wanted to know why I don’t choose just one area as my niche.

This is a great question. To tell you the truth, I struggle with
this concept on a daily basis. I have another site
www.aboomersguidetochronicpain.com, which focuses on pain
management and wellness for the Baby Boomer population. I am
sure I could build a site dedicated to only one topic, but I
know I would run into the same problem—the topics that I address
are all very closely related and dependent upon one another.

It’s hard for me to discuss wellness and success without writing
about the importance of health. If you are struggling with your
weight, experiencing pain, or suffering from anxiety or
depression, it may be difficult to move forward with your life.

We all define success differently, but most will agree there is
a component of “feeling well” in their definition of success.
How can you enjoy your success if you are not feeling well, if
you are tired and your body feels “beat up”? Part of being
successful includes taking care of yourself and that means
eating the right foods, exercising, and, most of all, paying
attention to your brain/mind. It is essential that you exercise
your brain and feed your mind so you can learn and grow.

Let me ask you a question:

How can you improve your health, your wealth, and your
happiness?

If you had to pick only one to improve, which one would it be
and how would you do it?

You may be still asking yourself, “What is Dr. Kaye’s niche?”

My answer is simple. My niche is providing guidance, mentoring,
coaching and consulting so you can create the greatest and most
successful life you can possibly live.

My niche is helping to make life easier and life the way I see
it is a combination of health, wealth, and happiness.

That’s all, folks.

To Your Health, Wealth and Happiness!
